Like said before, this will be done with the help of an inbuilt option, and that means, you do not have to download any third party software to get things done. However, if you haven’t downloaded the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, you may not find these following steps familiar with your computer.

At first, open the Settings panel of Windows 10. For that, you can just type Win + I, or you can search for that in Taskbar search box. On the other hand, this is also possible to open the same from Start Menu and Action Center. After opening that, go to Personalization > Colors. Here you can get three different options to customization. They are,

  • Make Start, Taskbar, and action center transparent
  • Show color on Start, Taskbar, and action center
  • Show color on title bar

Obviously, the first option is not needed in this case. Therefore, just turn on the third option, which says Show color on title bar.

By toggling both buttons, you have turned on colors almost everywhere possible. Nevertheless, if you want to show color on start, taskbar, and action center but not on Title bars, you just need to turn on the first option and turn on the second option called Show color on title bar to disable it.

Previously, there were some Registry Editor tricks, but now they are no longer working. On the other hand, there is no need to utilize them since Windows 10 Anniversary Update comes with that settings.
